After my diploma at HAW Hamburg in the field of fashion design I moved to New York to study fashion illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology and figure drawing at the Art Students League. Five years I worked as a freelance illustrator and designer in this fashion capital. In 1994, I returned to Hamburg and founded my studio for Fine and Applied Arts.

Since then I draw for publishers, agencies and film production companies.
